8th and 9th Grade Football Camp

VIRTUAL Class Description

Classes will be offered Monday to Thursday from 7-8 PM.

Zoom classes will offer the following:
1) Proper warm up/stretching techniques
2) Different skills each evening including
a) Proper blocking technique & drills
b) Proper tackling technique & drills
c) Corner and Safety drills
d) Linebacker drills
e) QB and Receiver drills
f) Running back drills
3) High School film of various plays both run and pass as well as defense

This is the best camp for both incoming freshmen and rising 8th graders.

Coach Trifone and his staff will work directly with the incoming freshmen and 8th graders. Helmets will be distributed to incoming freshmen (rising 8th graders will use their DJFL helmets issued in the spring). We run this camp like a high school practice where we introduce the high school skills and drills followed by the offense and defensive schemes that we will use in both 8th and 9th grade. The end of the night has 7 on 7 games using our offense as well as competitive games for our lineman.
