O020B (10:30-12:30) Grades 3-4 (Writer's Masterpiece Theater)

Lights! Camera! Action! Readers Masterpiece Theater is summer fun combining reading with the joy of acting. Your child will gain confidence reading to their peers, learn how to develop characters from a book and how to work and compromise with their peers to create a scene. Complete with props and costumes each child will experience the fun and excitement of bringing something they imagined to life. We also play a lot of fun theater games designed to build your child's confidence, stretching their imagination and being a little silly!

We will wrap up our summer session with a cast party, including a special gift, as well as their own Academy Award!

Readers Masterpiece Theater strengthens reading and language skills while developing confidence by performing for their peers. Your child will receive an abundance of praise and have fun in a safe, supportive environment.
