The Kempo Karate Program offers traditional Martial Arts training and culture with a few modern and fun twists. All students will receive formal instruction in the art of Kempo Karate including self defense and tactics. They will also receive a cultural lesson on the history of Martial Arts and and cultures of both China and Japan. Mixed in to the lesson will be fun and informative physical fitness and karate games and activities.
*Since this class starts at 1pm, if students are enrolled in a class that ends at 12:15pm or 12:30pm, they can also enroll in the Lunch Bunch program for the time between programs.
