¡Hola, Let’s Explore Español!  

Entering Grades 1-4

A fun-interactive Spanish language class where students will explore Spanish through weekly thematic units. Through songs, games, books and crafts, students will learn Spanish skills in an engaging and low-stress way. Each thematic unit highlights key content vocabulary, in addition to colors, numbers, and basic phrases in Spanish. Thematic units include:
Ocean/aquarium (week 1)
Market/restaurant (week 2)
Places in our community (week-3)
Each week, learners will:
Engage in interactive activities through games, books, and crafts
Learn basic Spanish words & phrases connected to our weekly themes
Build an appreciation for the language & grow as a language learner
Become risk-takers as they interact with the language in fun dynamic activities
*All language levels are welcome. Activities will be differentiated for varying ability levels.
