For students entering grades 6-8

Ever wanted to understand the technology behind modern computers, or wanted to bring a coding project into the real world? With Arduino you can!

Arduino is the world’s leading micro controller devolopment platform. Known for it’s versitality and ease of use, the Arduino is a staple in the maker community. In this course, you will learn how the Arduino works, how to wire simple circuits, and how to program the Arduino to fully bring your project to life.

 

This course is part of our Teen Teachers program in which Darien's high school and college students teach courses about topics they are passionate about. In addition to the Teen Teacher who will lead the activities, a Darien Public Schools staff member will supervise the class.
