For students entering grades 3-5
Students will enter the exciting world of coding with Scratch, an easy to learn graphical programming language. Students will learn about how computers work, the logic used in programming, and the fundamentals of game design which they will then apply in order to create their very own game.
This course is part of our Teen Teachers program in which Darien's high school and college students teach courses about topics they are passionate about. In addition to the Teen Teacher who will lead the activities, a Darien Public Schools staff member will supervise the class.
