For students entering grades 4-7
Crazy Curious Cell Camp will teach kids in depth about what cells are in order to prepare them for biology, a class they will take in the coming years, and inspire kids about science. We will spend each day learning through fun experiments like extracting DNA from a banana and projects like making a model of a cell!
This course is part of our Teen Teachers program in which Darien's high school and college students teach courses about topics they are passionate about. In addition to the Teen Teacher who will lead the activities, a Darien Public Schools staff member will supervise the class.
