Mindfulness 101 - An introduction to being mindful- In person
For students entering grades 6-12

Mindfulness is the skill of knowing what's happening in your head at any given moment without getting carried away by it. Students will learn and practice mindfulness through fun and engaging activities, and will have the opportunity to make new and interesting social connections! These skills can be utilized both in and out of school. We will look at how mindfulness can positively impact social emotional health, build confidence, and help students be more connected to themselves and the world around them.
Please consider signing up for Mindfulness 102 as well. It's another full week of building a stronger and more resilient mind.
