For students entering grades 1-3
This class will focus on citizenship, recycling and volunteer work. Classes will start each day with books centered around the Darien Elementary School Kid's Code. We will explore ways to recycle and reuse everyday items as well as discuss various ways kids can volunteer and make a difference. Class activities and projects will focus on topics studied each day.
*Looking for a program to fill a gap between a class that ends at 12:15pm or 12:30pm and this class? Try "Lunch Bunch" for supervised lunch time!
