PM Extended Day

For students entering grades 1-6

Do you need something for your kids to do after their DSS&E classes? Have your children spend summer afternoons playing their favorite games! Your children will have loads of fun while getting lots of fresh air while playing games, improving their stamina, having time in the computer lab, and learning to be a team -player.

 

Sign up for all 5 weeks or just choose the weeks you need.  

 

*Students can stay for any amount of time of our class.  For example, if students are registered for a different class that ends at 2:30pm, they can join us from 2:30pm until 3:30pm.  If a student will be joining us for partial time, please email the instructor and Marc Power, the DSS&E director, to coordinate the times.  

 

***Due to the fireworks being held at DHS, there will be no PM Extended Day on Friday, July 12.

If the Town of Darien decides to postpone the fireworks originally scheduled for July 12, 2024 to the rain date of July 19, 2024, class will be canceled on July 19 as the town requires us to leave the Darien High School premises at 12:30pm.  Unfortunately, if the fireworks are rescheduled for this day, we will be unable to provide a refund. 

 

Students may bring lunch as needed (we will devote time to lunch and warm-up activities if needed). Pick-up will be at the front door of DHS at 3:30.
