Authors & Art
Entering grades 1-4
We will start each class reading stories from different authors and discussing the artwork that the illustrators have created to match the author's story, focusing on what makes the artwork unique to that book. Students will create their own works of art resembling the style of the books we have read.
Each day we will focus on a different author and students will be creating new artwork each day.
*If your student needs something to do between another class that ends earlier and this class that starts at 1pm, try our Lunch Bunch program!
