Entering grades 7-9

Embark on a transformative odyssey with "Journey to Empower," a dynamic course designed to cultivate leadership, mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and the principles of yoga in young minds. Throughout this engaging expedition, participants will navigate a program that combines essential leadership skills, mindfulness practices, techniques for emotional regulation and resilience, and the benefits of yoga. Guided by experienced instructors, this journey is more than a class—it's an empowering adventure that equips young individuals with a toolkit for navigating life's twists and turns with confidence, compassion, and a balanced mind and body. If the Town of Darien decides to postpone the fireworks originally scheduled for July 12, 2024 to the rain date of July 19, 2024, class will end at 12:30pm on July 19.
