Football - Strength & Conditioning High School Football Summer Program
Entering grades 9-12
DHS Football Coaches will provide a Strength & Conditioning Program that will give players access to team lifts during the summer that will also help fulfill their summer lifting requirement for the Fall 2025 Football season.
*Specific time slot will be sent out after registration and before the program begins.
Class WILL NOT meet on July 4.
