Adventures in Writing: Create Your Own Storybook

Does your child have a big imagination and a love for storytelling? Adventures in Writing invites young writers to create their very own storybooks! Over the course, students will learn the basics of storytelling, including developing characters, crafting plots, and creating exciting settings. They’ll also explore the world of book design, learning to illustrate and format their stories into real books they can take home.
This class is perfect for young writers who want to explore their creativity, build confidence in writing, and take pride in producing something uniquely theirs. By the end of the week, students will have a finished storybook to share with family and friends!

**Students are welcome to enroll in this class as many weeks as they wish in order to continue to advance their knowledge and work on their storybooks.

Classes will not meet on July 4. Due to the Darien Town Fireworks preparation, the afternoon class will not meet on July 11.
