Mad Science: NASA Space Lab 

Entering Grades 1-6

Think and act like real NASA innovators in this BRAND-NEW hands-on space exploration adventure!
Campers will step into the roles of astronauts, engineers, and mission planners as they explore what it takes to
return to the Moon and beyond. They will be challenged to use creative and collaborative skills! Armed with the
spark of an idea, a design notebook, and physical and digital tools, teams will modify NASA technology into spinoff
designs:
• Design their own mission patches
• Build and test mini lunar rovers and real engine-power rockets!
• Tackle space-themed engineering challenges
• Train in Astronaut Boot Camp — a fun physical circuit that mimics real astronaut preparation
• Kids will build and launch their own rockets, putting their engineering skills to the test. Parents are invited
to watch the blast-off and celebrate a week of discovery!
This dynamic one-of-a-kind camp blends creativity, engineering, teamwork, and movement—perfect for young
space explorers ready to blast off into an unforgettable week of discovery!
