Preparing for 6th Grade Math 
Entering Grades 6-7
This course is designed to help students confidently transition from elementary school math to middle school math. Students will review and preview essential concepts such as fractions, decimals, ratios, integers, and basic algebraic thinking. Problem-solving strategies and mathematical reasoning will be emphasized through engaging activities and real-world applications.
This course provides a supportive environment for students to build confidence and fluency before starting Grade 6.
Our summer math courses are designed to provide exposure, enrichment, and reinforcement of key mathematical concepts. These courses offer students the opportunity to preview upcoming material, review foundational skills, and strengthen problem-solving confidence in a supportive learning environment.
Please note:
Summer courses are not a replacement for any full-year math course.
They are not designed as preparation for the Math Placement Exam.
Placement decisions for the upcoming school year are based on coursework, school-year performance, and department assessments, not summer enrichment participation.
