Advanced Chamber Orchestra - Virtual

Entering grades 7-12 or by audition

VIRTUAL Class Description: 

The Advanced Chamber Orchestra is moving online this summer! Open to students playing at the intermediate to advanced level (entering grades 7-12), we will learn a variety of different musical styles and create a series of virtual performances to share. Participation in this group with help students prepare for or maintain their skills for participation in a youth orchestra or middle school/high school ensemble.

This class will include live Zoom sessions and independent work time.

This orchestra is open to students playing at the intermediate to advanced level. Students will work on advanced string ensemble music to prepare them for or maintain their skills for participation in a youth orchestra or middle school/high school ensemble. Public performances will be scheduled throughout the summer, including appearances at the Sidewalk Sales Days, Darien Library and Darien Farmers Market.
