Happy Coding: Learn to Program for Virtual Reality- In Person
For students entering grades 4-8
Happy Code Club Presents: Introduction to Virtual Reality; a mini-course that introduces students to the basics of building virtual reality worlds using HTML and the A-Frame JavaScript Library. Through this course, students will build their own virtual reality worlds that are compatible with VR devices, including smartphone VR headsets! Students will keep a running portfolio of their creations and keep access to the Coding Editor indefinitely and be able to share their creations with the world.
No programming experience is required but good typing and spelling skills are necessary. 4th graders are accepted if they are good typists and are able to follow written instructions well
Note: A smartphone is recommended. We will provide VR Headsets.
